Thanks for joining me today. I am super stoked here. I think that goal setting is the most spiritual practice. I think it is the most compassionate, wonderful thing we can do for ourselves. I feel like that takes me out to the present moment and pulls me into more of a unacceptance of where I am in that. I am always wanting to teach people to stay connected to themselves.
I always wanted my clients to feel their feelings. I think we can and I think we should be in our present moment accept to this present moment and allow ourselves to dream and set goals from a place of abundance. That my friends is the problem. That is really important to remember. If happiness comes from our mind and from our thinking, then achieving something or gaining a future goal at some future moment is not going to increase our capacity for happiness, and that you must understand.
The point of having goals is not so we can achieve them and be happier than we are today. The reason to have goals is because our purpose on this planet is to evolve … This is my opinion of course, into the best version of ourselves. The way to do that is to constantly be asking ourselves to bloom in a bigger way.
